Questions
What does zutpralik actually monitor?
Every check runs on our own workers — no third-party monitoring API. HTTP/HTTPS uptime, response time (TTFB) and status codes down to a 30-second interval, with automatic incident detection. Depending on the plan: SSL and domain-expiry alerts, keyword checks that catch a broken page still returning HTTP 200, off-domain redirect detection, TCP port and ICMP reachability, DNS/MX change detection, a security-headers audit and content-integrity (defacement) checks. Checks from multiple countries and full browser-based scenario testing are not offered yet — we would rather ship them than list them.
How do incidents work?
The moment a check fails, an incident opens automatically with the failure reason and last status code. It stays open while the site keeps failing; when the site recovers, the incident is resolved and the downtime window is recorded, feeding straight into uptime reports.
How does billing work?
Billing is invoice-based. You assign a plan to each client as a subscription, generate invoices from it, and mark them paid when the money arrives. There is no card on file and no automatic charging — you stay in full control.
What can a client do in their own portal?
See every site you monitor for them with its live status and the last 24 hours, read the incident history with the reason and duration of each outage, follow the work history of what changed and who changed it, look at their plan and invoices — and produce their own report. They pick monitoring or usage and billing, the period and which sites to include, and take away a PDF.
Can a client change what is monitored?
No, and that is deliberate. Adding a site, changing how often it is checked or asking for a re-check stays with you — it is the service you are selling, not a setting the customer adjusts. The portal is for seeing, not for changing what you were hired to run.
Who does a client contact for support?
You. The portal shows your support address, and the help link writes to it — your customer never corresponds with us. Be exact about the rest, though: the sign-in page and the address still carry our name, because the portal lives on our domain today. Branding covers everything after the sign-in, not the door.
Can I white-label the client portal?
Partly, and it is worth being exact about which part. Your product name, logo, colour, support address and footer note all render in the client portal instead of ours — that is built and working. A portal on your own domain is not: it lives on ours today. Branding is on for every tier from the moment you are on one — there is nothing to ask for and nobody to wait for.
How do I get an account?
Sign up and it exists — the form takes a minute and the workspace is yours immediately, with 14 days of full access and no card. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of it: there is no card on file to charge.
Still unanswered?
