Billing is invoice-based. You assign a plan to each client as a subscription, generate invoices from it, and mark them paid when the money arrives. There is no card on file and no automatic charging — you stay in full control.
Nothing is charged automatically, because there is no card on file to charge. An invoice is raised for the first period after the trial; if you do not want to carry on, tell us and it is cancelled. Nobody takes money without you paying it.
Annual is billed as 11 months for twelve — one month on us. The figures on each card show both the monthly rate and the annual total.
No. The checks, the portal, the alerts, the reports and the invoicing are the same on Starter as on Agency. What the tiers differ by is size — how many sites and how many client companies you can hold.
