How it works
Up and running in minutes
No agents, no scripts, no changes to your clients’ sites. Three steps from an empty workspace to a billable service.
Add your sites
Create clients, add their websites and pick a plan. Monitoring starts immediately — nothing to install on their servers.
A site needs a URL and nothing else: no agent to deploy and no snippet to paste, so you can put a client under monitoring without waiting on their developer. Two checks — open ports and the security-headers audit — first ask you to prove the domain is yours, with a DNS record or a file; everything else runs straight away.
We monitor 24/7
The monitoring worker checks every site on schedule, records response times, and opens an incident the moment a check fails.
Checks run on our own infrastructure on the interval you set — as often as every 30 seconds. Each result is stored, so what you get is a history to reason about rather than a single light that is green until it is not.
Alerts, reports & invoices
Follow incidents to resolution, let clients pull their own uptime reports, and bill them through the built-in subscription invoicing.
The alert reaches you where you already are. The incident record becomes the uptime percentage in a report — one you send, or one the client produces in their own portal for the period and the sites they pick. The plan the client is on becomes an invoice. The same data serves all three.
That is the whole workflow
The demo needs no sign-up, and the trial needs no card on file.
