The product, and the people behind it
Who built this and why, what the running software actually looks like, and where to ask the things a page cannot answer.
About us
Built by people who were tired of finding out from the client
zutpralik started as an internal tool for an agency that looked after other people’s websites and kept learning about outages from an email that began “is the site down for you too?”.
Explore what it doesMonitoring, the client portal and the invoicing live in one product. Watching a site is only half the job; the other half is proving you watched it and getting paid for it.

The product
These are the screens, not an artist’s impression
Captured from the running software. What you see here is what you get on the other side of the sign-up button.

Open it and see, without asking anyone: what is up, what is down, what is still unresolved, and the newest report ready to download.
Sample workspace. The interface is exactly what ships; the agency, its clients and their figures are invented, on reserved .example domains. We do not publish anybody’s real uptime.
What your client sees
Those screens are the customer’s side, not yours. Each of your clients signs in to exactly their own sites: live status and the last 24 hours, the incident history with the reason and duration of each outage, the record of what changed and who changed it, their plan and their invoices.
They can also produce their own report — monitoring, or usage and billing — for the period and the sites they choose, and download the PDF. A report is stored as a document rather than recomputed, so the copy filed in March still says in June what it said in March. That is the question “what am I paying you for” answered without an e-mail to you.
What stays on your side is what you were hired for: adding a site, changing how often it is checked, asking for a re-check. And when a client needs help, the portal shows your support address — they write to you, never to us. The sign-in page and the address still carry our name, though: branding covers everything after the door, not the door itself.
